Jan: People are the greatest capital of our company. What unique needs do your customers have and how do you solve them?
Jan: The basic needs for system integration are two-fold: effective implementation of a modern system that meets its assumptions (efficiency, reliability, low TCO cost, etc.) and ensuring the security of such a system implementation (human resources, knowledge and experience, interdisciplinary and team stability, knowledge of used components, technical support, warranties, etc.) Janar perfectly combines meeting these fundamental requirements, offering an experienced and stable team with extensive engineering and programming knowledge, working on the best products in its class.
What trends do you find important for 2021 and how would you use Murphy products to address those needs?
Jan: We observe a great interest in electromobility. This trend will be important for the coming years. It also forces changes in applications and requirements for mobile hydraulics, manufacturers of combustion engines and suppliers of electric drives.
This opens a wide field for Murphy products. Control and visualization of working machines, remotely and locally as well as data analysis in the cloud – these are the trends that we want to respond to with Murphy products.

How does your company conquer complexity by integrating Murphy products into system solutions?
Jan: An interesting question, we try to keep this complex integration process almost invisible to our clients. Finally, you need a proven and working solution. The path to this goal is deep product and programming knowledge (continuous training for our people), a lot of work in the laboratory (simulations, tests) and time-consuming supervision over the project (documentation, changes and subsequent tests). This is how we overcome the complexity of integration.
What is the most interesting use of Murphy products you have seen a customer use?
Jan: Use of the PV1200 series display as a cockpit control in a flying motorcycle prototype.
Regardless of this scientific test, the control of the heavy bulldozer drive system is an interesting challenge for our engineering team.
