I am calling a system variable's calculation event on a touch widget's "Touch Action - Start" (to set the variable) and the touch widget's "Touch Action - Release" (to clear the variable). Sometimes the touch widget's "Touch Action - Release" action is not recognized when the user removes his finger from the screen.

An interesting note about the widget's "Touch Action - Start" is that it only will allow the touch widget to be active for 5 seconds before forcing the widget's "Touch Action - Release". However, when I encounter the issue described, the "Touch Action - Start" does not time out - I must press the touch and release the touch widget again to get its "Touch Action - Release" to activate.

I have not encountered this issue with the HV700, Touch, 14 button 78350374 Rev-A.

We have a bug on the 5 second issue you mentioned. It has already been resolved and will be in our upcoming release soon.

We are looking into the 450 being a little less sensitive than the 700 for touch release events. If we are able to reproduce the issue, we will enter a bug into our problem tracking system.
