I would like to take a few minutes to respond to some feedback we have received from many of our users. When we first started forum.fwmurphy.com, the decision was made to moderate or "approve" all posts in the forums. This decision was based on our concern that you our users would post information you may have preferred to keep private as well as a check to keep us on top of posts. The feedback we have received off and on since launch is that this prevents you from getting timely information as well not getting the immediate feedback that your post was correctly captured.

Going forward, all posts will automatically be posted into the forums. This will allow you to get quick feedback from other users as well as from us. We will continue to strive to provide quick repsonses to posts and we encourage our community to respond to things as well. Please continue to post your feedback as well as questions that come up as you always have and with any luck look forward to the best most timely information about Murphy Software products that you can get.

The accounts should be upgraded to remove the need for approval today but if you continue to see this, feel free to email me directly and I can get your setup correctly going forward.
