I'm trying to figure out how to expand the number of service reminders to more than 5. There seems to be a whole lot involved to doing this and I am not sure exactly how to proceed.

I see there are many variables that will need to be added - e.g. ServRemActiveX, ServRemIntervalX, etc where X=service reminder number.
Then the table will need to be made larger.
Also the script that calculates the time remaining will need to be modified to include the extra reminders.

I'm not sure if there is more as well. Please advise.

I investigated the built in service reminders and found out on the version I have they didn't work, so I started from scratch. I have them all working now.

Glad that you made it work and sorry you were having trouble. For reference, what version of PowerVision and which standard configuration and display are you working with?
