Timeout occurs when PV 380r2 is connected with PowerVision

Hello
I tried loading my design on PV 380r2 using PowerVision from yesterday, but the connection times out. I was able to use it as usual until last week ....
Please let me know if someone knows how to solve it. I am quite troubled. By the way, I am using ECOM Cable to connect PV 380 r 2 from PowerVision. Write the current setting state etc. above. Thank you.

What version of PowerVision do you have installed?
