On v2.0 there is a layer pulldown on the page designer. This does not seem to be on v2.1. Could you say what it was used for?

For usability, we now limit the layers to only those seen in the upper left on the 2.1 Page Designer screen. In reality, on the 750, you can have virtually unlimited layers, but is much more difficult to explain and to support. There was also a layer index in 2.0, which is to what I believe you’re referring. The layer index was a kind of sub-layer. In 2.0, you could tell the screen app to show more than one page at a time on a layer, which was kind of the same type of flexibility – you could think of them as sub-layers. That functionality was also removed and replaced with the 5 layers found in 2.1 today.
