We want to remind users that even though the MPC-10/TEC 10, the MPC-20/MPC-20.R2, PV350/PV350.R2, PV380/PV380.R2, PV300P/PV300P.R2 configurations will open in PowerVision Configuration Studio 2.9.10482 which was recently posted, validation testing has not been completed for these hardware types (monochrome displays/controllers).

We don't recommend using 2.9 PowerVision with monochrome display configurations at this time. The plan is to include updated applications and configurations for the MPC-10/TEC and MPC-20/MPC-20.R2 in an upcoming Patch 2. The PV3* series are planned to be in a subsequent patch. We don't have dates for these yet.

Expect a new look to the PowerVision Configuration Studio and The PowerVision for Controllers, the user interface of the simplified and Advanced MPC* configurations to bring more features to the PowerVision for Controllers. Waiting to upgrade your MPC-10/TEC or MPC-20/MPC-20.R2 until the patch 2 is released will reduce the possibility for issues due to unfinished features getting into your configuration.

Other features and bug fixes are being validated for the MPC* controllers which will be included in the patch 2 also.
