Power Vision Studio: v2.8.10599
Model Number: PV350 r2
We have a screen that populates based on CAN messages that are present on the bus and then each of the messages can be selected individually and a new screen that shows the relevant signals for the selected message can be entered.
When I enter this sub-screen with the individual signals and use button 2 to exit the screen occasionally the screen will freeze up completely and the only way to recover is by power cycling the display. This problem doesn't occur when I exit the button with any other button, even though all the buttons are set up the same way.
The button settings are:
Key Down: Got To View > "(This Layer).Default CAN Message List View"
Key Up: Disabled
Key Repeat: Disabled
Note: This issue wasn't present with the r1 version of the PV350, so we thought maybe it was an upgrading issue, but can't seem to nail down what exactly is causing the problem.
Thanks and regards.

Re: PV350 Freezing
If you would like to Private Message the configuration to me we will check to see if we can find a problem. If the configuration is good then freezing up usually indicates an application has terminated abnormally. I don't think that I have ever seen that on a View change. If you Private Message the configuration to me we will have a test engineer look at it.

Re: PV350 Freezing
I received the configuration and the configuration looks exactly like you described. The only thing that I suspect is a bad key (or some other problem) on that display. I don't think the configuration is the problem. Does the problem happen on other displays? If you think it is just that display then talk to your account manager and have it returned.

I've tried the config on 2 different displays that we have here and the problem is present on both of them.
