Loaded an update written with 2.3.0007 in a PV750 and a large number of text widgets show some changes in the characters. Version in all displays is 2.3.10110. Reloaded the previous version and all went back to normal. ppears to only be occurring on one individual display. Tried to re-create the issue at our location and was not able to with 2 different displays.

Any ideas on what to try?

I'm not sure what version numbers you have indicated in your post. Is that from the 2.3.11175 PowerVision Configuration Studio?

Is the garbled text on different types of widgets? Labels on text gauges or Multi-Language widget, a Reserved String?

Sorry Powervision version 2.3.20007. Ver 2.3.10110 is bootloader version in the display.

Saw this it on Multi-Lanquage widgets.

It is possible that generating a configuration on a different computer that has High-DPI turned on would result in fonts with different appearance. Were you loading the exact same file with the ToolKit or a configuration directly from PowerVision?

In the field where the issue was seen, we created the tar.gz file in Powervision and save it to a USB stick then loaded the file from the USB stick into the computer.

In our office where we have not been able to recreate the problem, we are loading the update directly from Powervision using the Monoprice USB to LAN adapters.

Both of these loads used the same laptop.

Can you send screen shots so that we can get an idea of what the problem might be?
