A feature that would be extremely helpful is the ability to pre and post process free form CAN automatically for resolution and offset. This could be added to the variable packing line in the free form CAN section. With a default of 1 for resolution and 0 for offset, it would continue to function as it does now, but offer the ability to link a real value variable to the CAN message without having to write the software to convert it to the raw data and use a intermediary variable, buy filling in the applicable resolution and offset.
