I just upgraded a configuration from 2.1 Patch 1 to 2.2 with all 3 analog inputs configured for digital and assigned to variables. After the upgrade, all 3 inputs were set back to analog and disabled. The variables are gone from the database and associations with those variables have been replaced by system references (i.e. - "f9df5a86-04d0-47f4-85a0-0fb34d096fb6") which are invalid (when looked at in a calculation evet), but do not cause any compiler errors, allowing a broken configuration to be loaded.

The Digital Output stayed mapped correctly after the upgrade.

Please send me the Configuration file via PM (the 2.1 version) and i can take a look and see whats happening. Hopefully i can find a work around to the issue and if not i will upgrade it for ya and send it back.
