V2.9 Analog input error

Post by TonyFrazier » Tue Dec 05, 2017 5:55 am

Hi

V2.9 21073, PV780, Win10

I have an analog joystick connected to Analog input 3. I have a an IO definition linked to it with the following settings:
Analogin - 0-5V
Sample count 1
Sample rate: 200
No curve
Variable units: Volts

I set up a page with a text gauge to read the input. When I start up it reads 2.5v as I would expect. If I move the joystick forwards it reads from 2.5 to 4.5 volts again as I would expect. If I move the joystick back it starts reading down to O.5 volts but at full travel it suddenly starts reading in counts - ie 0-1023

I have changed the output now to counts and will do a calculation to get the voltage for the time being.

I'm going to send this over to the test engineer to take a look. Can you Private Message the configuration to me?
