1.) Version of Configuration Tool being used:
2.7.10319 (OEM)
2.) Model Number of Unit, PV750, Pv450, etc:
PV780 with CAM, no Touch
3.) Operating System:
Windows 7 Professional (64-bit)
4.) Clear and accurate instructions so we may recreate and troubleshoot the issue.
As you can see, my PVCS shows multiple objects of the same type. If i drag and drop a duplicated one, the object has the same properties as a random object from my application. As you can see, i also do not have the option for a standard image widget, only the lamp variant.
This software was originally written in 2.3 for a PV750, and ported to 2.6 as a PV780 then to 2.7.
Unable to send the application due to confidentiality, however i can PM the application to a Murphy employee.

Most likely one of the various upgrades between 2.3 and 2.7 have simply duplicated your toolbox.
To edit the toolbox, hit the edit toolbox button on the bottom right. From there you can remove any duplicate items.

Exactly The Toolbox Groups section IS the toolbox.
This window lets you edit what you see in the toolbox and create new items. If you delete them in the toolbox popup they will go away.
