Our customer wants to upload the configuration from PC to PV780 directly.
I think that they can accomplish it by using two(2) ethernet adapters (78000717) and a LAN cable.
Do you have a development kit which contains all necessary harnesses and adapters for PV780?

We also appreciate if you check whether my understanding to the wiring above is correct or not.

The part number for a PV780 development kit is 78.09.0105. This contains the two Ethernet/USB adapters, Ethernet cable, a 12volt power adapter and cable, grey connector harness and black connector harness.

You are correct about wiring/cabling requirements.

You advised me the part number of development kit for PV780 as 78-09-01015 but is described in the price list as 78-09-0105.
Which is the correct one?
