Unhandled exception PV2.7 Open device config

FYI

I found a bug in PV 2.7.10419.

It results in an unhandled exception.

This is how to reproduce it:

Start up powervision.
select Open
select Get More Configurations
Then a window pops up indicating an unhandled exception.

See attached files for details.
Use on windows 7 prof uk, pv 2.7.10419
