Hi Everyone
I have a 1968 model Volkswagen Buggy vehicle.
I changed its original electrical system to digital system. There is a PV450 Display on the dashboard and 2 pcs IX3212 Power Distribution Module (PDM).
Every single point on the vehicle is controlled with PDMs inputs and outputs.
There are 2 horns with different sound frequency on the car. 2 horns are connected to 2 different Digital Output of PDM. I want to make melodical horn sound.
The problem is, when i made the configuration of output with 75ms timer (horn will work like 75ms ON, 75ms OFF, 75ms ON, 75ms OFF....... continiusly) PDM can not drive the horn with that speed.
If I increase the timer to 200ms or more, there is no problem. Even I remove the horns and connect LEDs for temporary, same problem happens.
Does anybody have an idea, how can I solve it?
Many Thanks

Re: IX3212 Output Problem
One of the engineers here said to make sure you are using one of the first 6 channels on the PDM because they are higher frequency. Nice pictures.
