As you see in atteched Connection schematic. Power pin is connected to battery via fuse. And according to same schematic you turn on/off the display via ignition key.

When I turn off the ignition key screen light is switched off but when I turn on the ignition key I see different variable values. It means that the display keeps working and only switch off the light.

I intend to shutdown to screen completely via ignition switch, because display should consume minimum energy when ignition off.

There is System Manager options under Application tab as you can see in attached picture (System_Manager). Should I use this option for my intention above? Or should I use relay between Power pin and battery?

Checking the different parts of the display in the System Manager (as you have shown) to turn off completely should reduce the power used by the display. You could use the Shutdown Completely with 0 minutes to make all parts stop using power, including the processor. There will always be a micro amount of power draw with the display after a shutdown, even after the Shutdown Completely. You could measure to be sure your system can tolerate the amount of power draw.

The relay insures that there won't be any power draw.
