I've tested my latest 2.3 PV750 configuration on an older demo display before rolling it out to production and the field. We have dual displays, via multiconfig. Figuring out the 2.3 multiconfig generator was a bit of a learning curve, discovering it requires full paths, writing a batch file, etc. However, I have that proven to work inside my office on my old demo display.

Procedure: generate a 2.3.11157 Murphy standard config (full-config) and update display w/ clean and singly partitioned FAT32 USB stick.

generate my multiconfig, and load via a second USB stick.

The problem: Older displays take the standard config and the follow-up custom multi-config just fine. However, the apparently newest displays here, the ones that shipped without product literature or the plastic cover, take the standard config, (full config), then fail to take the multiconfig at about 7 or 8%, showing a folder icon with red X over it.

There is a bug related to building multi-configuration files and the latest loaders which was fixed after the cutoff of 2.3 Patch 1. We have a corrected version of the Multi-Config packager. If you will PM me i can provide the updated tool.
